CKAA is very interested in supporting undergraduates with their transition to post-graduate life.  Whether it be more education, going into the business world, becoming a professional, we know undergraduates face increased challenges.  However, it does not stop with just undergraduates, alumni also often need mentoring.  Through the encouragement of developing informal mentoring relationships, the needs of alumni are also met.

CKKA is continuing to seek more volunteers to participate and to develop this initiative.

Korean Students Assocation (KSA) Mentoring
CKAA members communicate with KSA on a regular basis and we are continuing to build this relationship.  KSA is very eager to build stronger ties and learn from the experiences of alumni.

CAAA Undergraduate Mentoring Program
CKAA's good relationship with CAAA is leveraged to increase Korean alumni participation with a long standing undergraduate mentoring program.

Informal Mentoring
Even for alumni, mentoring can very be advantageous.  CKAA encourages informal mentoring amongst members to help support each other socially, personally, and professionally.
